These terms govern your access to and use of GoHalves. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. This is a prototype and the terms below are placeholder wording, please contact us for the current agreement before commercial use.

1. Who we are

GoHalves is operated by its founding team. Correspondence: reach us via our contact page.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must be authorised to represent the company you sign up on behalf of.

3. Acceptable use

You will not use GoHalves to send unsolicited outreach, to misrepresent your audience, or to breach any partner company's terms.

4. Partnerships between customers

GoHalves introduces companies and facilitates the campaign flow. Any commercial agreement between matched companies is between them. GoHalves is not a party to that agreement.

5. Fees and match allowance

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually. A mutual match consumes one match from your allowance and is not refundable. Enterprise includes unlimited accepted matches, still paced weekly by the matching engine. If a matched partner does not reply within 7 days the match voids and does not count.

6. Data

We process personal data as described in our privacy policy. You retain ownership of the information you upload.

7. Termination

You can cancel at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
