These terms govern your access to and use of GoHalves. By joining the waitlist, creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

GoHalves is operated by GoHalves Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17374815, at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF. You can reach us at hello@gohalves.ai or through our contact page.

2. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and commits you to nothing. You are not signing up to a plan and you owe us nothing by joining. We will email you about your place and about the product, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

3. The founding offer

Founding members get 50% off Pro or Enterprise for 12 months. It is secured, not bought. You join the waitlist, you complete your profile, and you are approved by us. It is a short interview, and we write your profile from your answers, which you can edit once you publish. Completing the profile is how you secure the rate, and approval confirms it. The offer applies to Pro and Enterprise, not to Custom, and is claimed when your invite arrives.

4. Approval and membership

Membership is by approval. We may decline an application, or remove a member, where we consider the fit is wrong, the information given is inaccurate, or these terms have been breached. We will tell you if we do.

5. The service is pre-launch

GoHalves is still being built. Features, matching behaviour and pricing may change before and after general availability. We will not make a change that reduces something you have already paid for without telling you first.

6. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for what happens on your account. You must be authorised to represent the company you sign up on behalf of.

7. Acceptable use

You will not use GoHalves to send unsolicited outreach, to misrepresent your audience, to scrape or copy other members' information, or to breach any partner company's terms.

8. Accuracy of what you publish

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you say about your company, your audience and your channels, both in your profile and in any campaign. Other members rely on it when deciding whether to work with you.

9. Partnerships between members

GoHalves introduces companies and supports the campaign flow. Any commercial agreement between matched companies is between them. GoHalves is not a party to it and is not responsible for how it turns out.

10. Fees and billing

Paid plans are Pro and Enterprise, billed monthly or annually, with Custom pricing agreed separately for agencies and larger teams. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Matches are unlimited on every plan and are paced weekly by the matching engine. If a matched partner does not reply within 7 days, the match voids. Founding members are not charged until matching opens.

11. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If GoHalves is not for you, ask within 30 days and we will refund you in full. The guarantee runs until you accept your first match, because accepting is the point where another member commits their time and their audience to working with you. After that you can cancel at any time, cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and there is no pro-rata refund for the remainder of that period.

12. Data

We process personal data as described in our privacy policy. You keep ownership of the information you upload.

13. Termination

You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@gohalves.ai, and we will delete your data within 30 days. Once paid plans are live you will also be able to cancel from Settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

14. Liability

We do not limit liability for anything that cannot be limited by law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue or lost business opportunities.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
