What is the 30-day money-back guarantee?+
If GoHalves is not for you, ask within 30 days and we will refund you in full. The guarantee runs until you accept your first match. Accepting is the point where another member commits their time and their audience to working with you, so from that moment there is a company on the other side who has acted on your decision, and that is why the window closes there rather than on a date. After that you can cancel any time, and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
Do I need to pick a plan to join?+
No. Everyone joins the waitlist free, no plan required. You choose a plan only when we launch and you're ready to unlock a match and run a campaign.
Do I pay anything when I join the waitlist?+
No. Joining the waitlist is free and commits you to nothing. Prices only apply when we launch and you choose a plan. Founding rates are secured when you complete your profile, and confirmed when you are approved.
How are tiers decided?+
By how your team works, not by your audience size. Pro covers one brand and one seat, with annual billing and data export included. Enterprise adds five seats, owner and seat roles, invoicing and purchase orders, and priority support. Custom is for agencies and large teams that need more seats and a named contact. Matching itself is unlimited on every plan.
What happens if a match doesn't reply?+
If a matched partner does not reply within 7 days, the match voids and the partner is returned to the pool.
How does founding pricing work?+
Join the waitlist, complete your profile, then get approved. It is a short interview, and we'll write your profile from your answers, which you can edit once you publish. Places are first come, first served, and applications are checked for fit. That secures 50% off Pro or Enterprise for 12 months, claimed when your invite arrives.
Can I switch tiers later?+
Yes. You can move up or down at any time as your team's needs change, and the new plan applies from the following billing period.
