Do I need to pick a plan to join?+

No. Everyone joins the waitlist free, no plan required. You choose a plan only when we launch and you're ready to unlock a match and run a campaign.

Do I pay anything when I join the waitlist?+

No. Joining the waitlist is free and commits you to nothing. Prices only apply when we launch and you choose a plan. Founding rates are locked from the day you claim your seat.

How are tiers decided?+

Tiers are based on your verified audience size. Whatever plan you're on, matching always pairs you with similarly-sized audiences.

What happens if a match doesn't reply?+

If a matched partner does not reply within 7 days, the match voids and does not count against your monthly allowance.

What are match credits?+

One-off top-ups at £39 each, on Starter and Pro, if you want to accept more matches than your monthly allowance in a given month. Enterprise gets unlimited accepted matches.

How does founding pricing work?+

Founding pricing is earned, not bought. Refer 3 companies that get approved for the waitlist and your discount is locked: up to 70% off your first 6 months on either paid tier, claimed when your invite arrives.

Can I switch tiers later?+

Yes. You can move up or down at any time as your verified audience changes, and match allowances scale with your plan the following month.
